When you contact us, we receive what you send us, such as your name, phone number and email address, the address of the job, what you need, and any photos or files you attach.

This website has no forms or accounts. It counts visits using PostHog, which records the page, the page that linked to it, your browser, device and screen size, and the time, and receives your IP address. It also counts taps on the website's buttons, such as those to call, text or email us and the chat, but never records what you then say, send or type. It sets no cookies.

If you use the chat on this website, you are writing to our AI assistant, which Worklode provides. It reads your messages to answer you in our name and to pass your request to our team. Our team sees the conversation and takes over when needed.

If you call or text us at (318) 542-7581, we receive your call or message and use what you tell us to reply to you.

Worklode (LGV Media Group LLC), which runs this website and its chat, and its service providers, such as cloud hosting and AI model providers, handle your information on our behalf under contract. They may not use it for their own purposes.

We use your information to reply to you, arrange and carry out the work, keep a record of your request, and protect against spam and fraud. We do not sell it.

Your chats with us, and any attachments, are kept while we use Worklode's service and are deleted 30 days after we stop using it.

Our record of you, your requests and any work we do for you is kept, even after we stop using Worklode's service, until we ask Worklode to delete it.

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, using the details above. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights under state law.

This website does not track your activity across other websites and does not let other companies do so. Because it does not track you, it does not change how it works in response to a browser's Do Not Track signal.

If we change this notice, we will post the new version here with a new date.
